(1) The measure referred to in Article 504 and paragraph 1 of this Code shall beimplemented by authorised officers of the internal affairs authorities, the Security andInformation Agency, the Military Security Agency, or other person designated by theinvestigating judge on a proposal by the internal affairs authorities, the Security andInformation Agency, or the Military Security Agency. The authorised officer shall compiledaily reports on the implementation of the measure and submit them together with thedocumentation collected to the investigating judge and public prosecutor.(2) After the completion of the measure referred to in Article 504i paragraph 1 of thisCode the internal affairs authority, the Security and Information Agency, or the MilitarySecurity Agency shall submit to the investigating judge and public prosecutor a separatereport containing the following: the time of commencement and termination of themeasure, data on the person implementing the measure, a description of the technicalmeans used, the number and identities of the persons encompassed by the measure,and the results of the measure applied.(3) Wit the report referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article the internal affairs authority,the Security and Information Agency, or the Military Security Agency shall submit to thepublic prosecutor the entire documentation on the measure implemented, video, audio orelectronic recordings and all other evidence collected by the implementation of themeasure.(4) The person who under the orders of the investigating judge provides simulatedbusiness services or concludes simulated legal contracts shall not be committing acriminal offence, where under the Criminal Code the action the person is undertaking isdefined as a criminal offence.Article 504k(1) If the public prosecutor does not institute criminal proceedings within six months fromthe day he examined the documentation referred to in Article 504j paragraph 3 of thisCode, or if he declares that he will not use the same in the proceedings or that he willnot initiate proceedings against the suspect, the investigating judge will act inaccordance with the provision of Article 504z paragraph 3 of this Code.(2) If by the implementation of the measure referred to in Article 504i paragraph 1 of thisCode the collected material is related to a criminal offence that has not been included inthe order of Investigation Judge referred to in Article 504i paragraph 3 of this Code, suchmaterial can be used in criminal proceedings only if it is related to a criminal offence thatis one of criminal offences referred to in Article 504a of this Code.3) Controlled deliveriesArticle 504l(1) The Republican Public Prosecutor, or other public prosecutor whose competencescover the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia, may authorise a controlled deliveryallowing unlawful or suspect consignments to exit from Serbia, cross the border or enterthe territory of one or more states, with the knowledge and consent of their competent
