(3) The measures referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be ordered by theinvestigating judge by means of a substantiated order. The order shall contain data onthe person against whom the measure is being implemented, the grounds for suspicion,the manner of implementation, the scope and duration of the measures. The measuresmay not last longer than six months, and for important reasons may be extended by notmore than two times three months. The implementation of the measures shall beterminated as soon as the reasons for their implementation cease to exist.Article 504ž(1) The order of the investigating judge referred to in Article 504e paragraph 1 of thisCode shall be implemented by the internal affairs authorities, the Security andInformation Agency, and the Military Security Agency. The internal affairs authorities,Security and Information Agency, and Military Security Agency shall compile dailyreports on the implementation of the measure and submit them to the investigating judgeand the public prosecutor at their request.(2) Postal, telegraphic and other enterprises, companies and persons registered forconveying information are required to make possible for the internal affairs authorities,the Security and Information Agency, and the Military Security Agency theimplementation of the measures referred to in Article 504e paragraph 1 of this Code.(3) The recording referred to in Article 504e paragraph 1 of this Code may if so orderedby the investigating judge be performed in public places and in premises which are notdwellings.(4) For the duration of the measure, the order of the investigating judge and theprocedure of its implementation shall be deemed an official secret.Article 504z(1) Following the execution of the measure referred to in Article 504e paragraph 1 of thisCode, the internal affairs authorities, the Security and Information Agency, and theMilitary Security Agency shall submit to the investigating judge recordings and aseparate report containing the following: the time of commencement and termination ofthe measure, data on the official who implemented the measure, description of thetechnical means employed, the number and identities of the persons encompassed bythe measure, and an assessment of the appropriateness and results of the measureimplemented.(2) The investigating judge may order the recordings obtained by the use of technicalmeans transcribed and described in full or in part. The investigating judge shall deliver tothe public prosecutor all the materials obtained by the implementation of the measuresreferred to in Article 504e paragraph 1 of this Code.(3) If the public prosecutor does not institute criminal proceedings within six months ofthe date he first examined the materials referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, or if thepublic prosecutor states that he will not use the materials in the proceedings, or that hewould not conduct proceedings against the suspect, the investigating judge shall issue aruling on the destruction of the materials collected.
