(1) The provisions of Articles 364, 366, 372, 374 paragraphs 1, 3 and 4, Articles 382 and384 of this Code shall apply accordingly to the procedure in connection with appealsagainst rulings.(2) If an appeal has been filed against the ruling referred to in Article 506 of this Code,the public prosecutor shall be notified of the session of the chamber, and all otherpersons under the conditions prescribed by Article 375 of this Code.(3) Unless specified otherwise by this Code, the court is required to deliver its decisionon the appeal to the court which had issued the ruling no later than 30 days from thedate of receiving the files from that court.Article 403Unless specified otherwise by this Code, the provisions of Articles 398 and 402 of thisCode shall apply accordingly to all other rulings rendered under the provisions of thisCode.Chapter XXVEXTRAORDINARY LEGAL REMEDIES1. Reopening of criminal proceedingsArticle 404Criminal proceedings concluded by a final ruling or a final judgement may at the requestof an authorised person be reopened only in the cases and under the conditionsprescribed by this Code.Article 405(1) Final judgement may be reversed even without reopening criminal proceedings:1) where in two or more judgements, or rulings on punishment issued againstthe same convicted person several penalties had been pronounced and takeneffect, and the provisions on admeasuring an aggregate penalty for concurrentcriminal offences had not been applied;2) where in pronouncing an aggregate penalty, applying provisions onconcurrence of criminal offences, a penalty already included in a sentence, ora ruling on a penalty, pronounced pursuant to the provisions on concurrenceof criminal offences in a previous judgement, was taken as established;3) where a final judgement pronouncing an aggregate penalty for severalcriminal offences is partially unenforceable due to an amnesty, pardon or otherreasons;
