mistakes in writing and calculation, deficiencies in the form and discrepancies betweenthe judgement in writing and the original.(2) If there are discrepancies between the judgement in writing and the original inrespect of the data referred to in Article 356 paragraph 1 items 1) to 5) and item 7) of thisCode, the ruling on corrections shall be served to the persons referred to in Article 360of this Code. In such cases, the time limit for filing appeals against the judgement shallbegin to run from the date of delivery of the ruling, which is not appealable.G. JUDICIAL REVIEWChapter XXIVREGULAR LEGAL REMEDIES1. Appeals against first-instance court judgementsa) The right to appealArticle 363(1) Authorised persons may file appeals against judgments rendered in the first instancewithin fifteen days from the day a copy of the judgment was served to them.(2) Duly filed appeals by authorised persons do not stay execution of judgements.Article 364(1) Appeals may be submitted by the parties, the defence counsel. the legalrepresentative of the defendant and the aggrieved.(2) The defendant’s spouse, lineal relative by blood, adopted, adoptee, sibling, fosterparentand the person with whom he lives in an extramarital or other lasting associationmay file an appeal on behalf of the defendant. In such cases the time limit for submittingappeals also begins to run from the date when the defendant or his defence counselwere served a copy of the judgement.(3) The public prosecutor may file an appeal both in prejudice of and for the benefit ofthe defendant.(4) The aggrieved may challenge a judgement only in respect of the court’s decision onthe costs of the criminal proceedings, but if the public prosecutor had taken overproceedings from the subsidiary prosecutor (Article 64 paragraph 2), the aggrieved mayfile an appeal in connection with all the reasons for which judgements may bechallenged (Article 367).(5) Appeals may also be filed by persons from whom objects or proceeds from crimewere seized.
