Civil Aviation authority of NepalAudit Policy and Procedure Manual(4) To facilitate an effective review it will be necessary to provide copies of the report tocommittee members in advance of the committee meeting, yet it is acknowledged that themeeting must be held shortly thereafter in order to provide time to make any changes,produce the final report and forward same to the auditee within the time periodsspecified in subsection 3.4.1.3 (2).(5) Recommendations resulting from the committee review will be considered advisory andthe CAA Nepal will retain responsibility for the final report.3.5.8 Post-Audit SurveillanceDuring audit follow-up, surveillance is the only means to ensure that organizations withnon-compliances comply with regulatory requirements and respond satisfactorily CAA NepalAudit Policy and Procedure Manual to audit findings.
