Section 13 imposes certain duties and responsibilities on FSPs:a) If a representative was debarred, he can never operate as arepresentative againb) FSPs must take reasonable steps to ensure thatrepresentatives comply with applicable Codes of Conduct andwith other applicable laws on conduct of businessc) Nobody may provide financial services to clients for or onbehalf of unauthorised FSPs who are not exempted from theFAIS Actd) only b) and c)6.
