The Board of Education is requested to adopt the following resolution:RESOLUTION of the Commack Union Free School District, Suffolk County, NewYork, adopted March 14, 2013, declaring the findings of the school district withrespect to the proposals for the refunding of certain bonds of said school district.The Board of Education of the Commack Union Free School District, in the County ofSuffolk, New York, hereby resolves (by a majority vote of all the members of said Board) asfollows:Section 1. The District received two (2) proposals for the refunding of the District’s$36,010,000 School District Serial Bonds- 2004 and based upon the advice received fromthe District's Financial Advisor, Munistat Services, Inc., it is hereby determined that theproposal of Jefferies & Company, Inc. is hereby accepted and such firm is appointed toserve as underwriter.Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.B.
