A minimum of 10% of the tie-off anchors shall tested on site using load cell apparatus inaccordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Tests shall be conducted by anindependent agency, and test reports shall be sent to the Owner.3. All anchors relying upon chemical adhesive fasteners are to be 100% tested on site usingload cell apparatus in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Tests shall beconducted by an independent agency, and test reports shall be sent to the Owner4.5 Division 06 – Wood and Plastics06 10 00 Rough Carpentry: All wood blocking shall be fire retardant treated.06 20 00 Finish Carpentry:1. Casework surfaces: Wood casework shall be used only with Owner approval. Plasticlaminate casework shall be used in most areas.2. Faces of millwork cabinets shall not be produced with ridges to make them morecleanable.3. Casework panels shall adhere to AWI Quality Standards at a level no higher than CustomGrade without Owner approval.4. Wood casework shall not contain knots.5. Plastic laminates: Shall meet AWI Quality Standards.6. Either pressure treated solid hardwood lumber or sold surface materials shall be used forcasework bases instead of water wicking or permeable materials. Melamine shall not beused at the bottom of sink cabinets.7. Provide ¼” high nylon glides under the base of sink vanities to create a gap to preventwater wicking.8. Casework hardware:a. Hinges: Hafele Aximat with full extension.b. Drawer Guides: Drawers with less than 1 cubic foot of volume – Hafele Accuride 50lbs.
