Only one isolate Y8 showedthe resistance against the tetracycline (T 10 ) andkanamycin (K 30 ).The identification of Streptomyces isolateswas carried out by using morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics(Table-3). All the Streptomyces were found togram positive when subjected to Gram staining.Fig. 2 showed the microscopic observation(1000X) of Streptomyces isolates. Probabilisticidentification matrix for Streptomyces that basedon various morphological, physiological andbiochemical characteristic, antibiosis andresistance to antibiotics, was calculated by usingPIBWin software, Bacterial IdentificationProgram Version: 1.9.2 (18). Most active isolateY8 was identified as Streptomyces rimosus withthe ID score 0.99, three isolates No A8, MS02and D13 were identified as Streptomycesantibioticus with ID score 0.99, 1.0 and 1.0respectively. Isolate MS38 was identified asStreptomyces chromogenus with ID score 1.0,isolate No D15, MS09 and P2N were identifiedFig. 2.
