Two days of Rhythm and Music - more than 5,000
Visitors witnessed the first SOnOR Days Festival
hosted May 29 & 30, 2010. The program offered a
huge variety of performances and master classes by
international renowned Artists such as Gavin Harrison
(Great Britain, Porcupine Tree, King Crimson),
Dave langguth (Canada, nelly Furtado), as well as
the Carl-Orff-Ensemble (Hannover, Germany) or
marching band specialists Robert Brenner and Jörg
lesch from the German Army Music Education Corps.
The high number of visitors from outside Germany
showed that the festival has rapidly gained a truly
international profile. As well as guests from all parts
of Europe, SOnOR fans attended from as far away as
Japan and the USA.
