Management board and supervisory board of the <strong>Matth</strong>. <strong>Hohner</strong> Aktiengesellschaft have issued a declaration<br />
as required by § 161 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and made it permanently available to the<br />
shareholders on the homepage www.hohner.eu.<br />
28. Significant events after the balance sheet date<br />
The consolidated financial statement and the group management report for the financial year 2010/2011 are<br />
presented to the supervisory board for approval. There were no significant events after the balance sheet date<br />
till May 27, 2011.<br />
29. Usage of the dispensation of the duty’s publication<br />
