CITY OF DELAWAREForm 3 - Right of Entry______________________________________________________________________________________hereinafter termed "Owner" and the CITY OF DELAWARE, hereinafter termed "City" in consideration of themutual promises of the Owner and City hereinafter contained, agree upon the following terms for the entry ofthe City and its representatives as set forth herein upon the real estate hereinafter described:1. Owner hereby grants to City, its employees, agents, consulting engineers, contractors and otherrepresentatives the right to enter upon the above-described real estate on and after ,19 , for the purpose of inspection and surveying of retention/detention facilities, reviewof facility layout and impervious area.2.
