Some action items have community-wide application, whereasothers can be implemented on an individual basis by residents and business owners. Each actionitem includes an estimate <strong>of</strong> the time line for implementation. Short-term action items areactivities that the City’s agencies may implement with existing resources and authorities withinone to two years.
