Report on Corporate Governance(b) Directors’ RemunerationThe NRC reviews and decides on executive directors’ remuneration packages yearly on behalf of the Board.The NRC also reviews the non-executive directors’ remuneration in the form of directors’ fees, having regard tothe roles that the individual directors play.
