In some areas service is provided by Clubemployees and Club owned vehicles. The Club cannot guarantee thatthey will have all of the parts or facilities you need for your car, nor willthe Club accept responsibility for repairs, or the availability, delivery,or installation of parts. All parts used and services provided must beauthorized and paid for by you. Any claim for damage caused by aservice provider or Club employee should be reported promptly to thefacility’s owner within 10 days of occurrence. If such a claim is notmet to your satisfaction, please report it to the Club’s Field OperationsDepartment within 30 days of claim damage. AAA will make an effort tomediate the dispute after an investigation.Excessive or Ineligible UseThe most equitable way to ensure reasonable membership dues is to askthe few members who use Roadside Assistance Service excessively to sharein the cost of providing this expensive service. Therefore, each AAA memberis limited to four service requests per membership year at no charge. Yourassociate members have different membership numbers and are eachentitled to four service requests. Service requests are not accumulativeamong members and are not transferable. The membership number usedwhen requesting service will be the account charged with the servicerequest. Although rules limit service to one request per problem, multipleservice requests for the same problem will be counted separately on yourservice record. A service request is defined as the provision of any servicelisted in the “Type of Service Requests” section.First year members’ membership period begins from time of enrollmentand continues until the members’ anniversary date. Each year thereafter, your 12 month membership period begins and ends on your anniversarydate. Your official membership card is only effective if your currentannual membership dues are paid in full. You will be billed for anyservice obtained without paying your annual membership dues. For those times when it is necessary to exceed the four-request-per-yearlimit, service will be provided and you will be charged a service charge.Non-payment of a billed service charge will result in the cancellationof your membership and your associate memberships. Collectionprocedures will also be instituted. The Club reserves the right to cancel amembership(s) in which the privileges of membership have been abused.Without limiting any other rights or remedies it may have, AAA may7
