GomtiPollution Control Unit, UP Jal Nigam, Lucknow on any working day from 05.11.2012 to19.11.2011 (both days inclusive) during office hours against payment of amount as mentionedabove as tender fee through Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank payable at Lucknow andissued in favour of Project Manager, Temp. Gomti Pollution Control Unit, UP Jal Nigam, RiverBank Colony near Suraj Kund, Lucknow, Bids received before the specified time ofsubmission only, shall be considered. Bids submitted after specified time of submission shallnot be received.2. Postal charges of Rs. 200/- shall be payable extra if the tender documents are required to besent by Post. This office does not take any responsibility for the loss or delay in receipt ofdocuments in time due to postal services.3. The tender documents will be sold to those contractors, firms who are registered in Class ‘A’in Sewage, Waste Water & Industrial waste treatment or Turnkey Project Sewerage in UP JalNigam & have an experience of atleast one year of successful operation & maintenance ofSewage Treatment Plant of minimum 14 mld capacity based on Aerobic technology / UASBtechnology / FAB technology or any other similar technology. Joint venture tender will not beaccepted.4. Earnest money as prescribed above shall be the form of FDR/NSC/CDR of Nationalized Bank/ Post Office pledged in the name of Project Manager, Temp. Gomti Pollution Control Unit, UPJal Nigam, Lucknow. Offers without earnest money deposit shall not be considered.5. The tender document and earnest money shall be submitted in separate sealed envelops.First envelope containing earnest money will be opened and if found as per terms andconditions, only then the envelope containing tender document shall be opened.6. If tender is found incomplete, it shall be summarily rejected. No further representation shallbe entertained.7. The tender document received with conditions shall not be considered.
