Mayor Thompsonstated that a sign was being worked on, with help from the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cleworthinquired whether signs were being displayed over the Cushman Street bridge and Mayor Thompsoncalled on City Clerk Carol Colp. Ms. Colp clarified the process and procedures for non-profitorganizations to hang banners at two separate locations on Cushman Street. Mr. Cleworth inquiredwhether a sign board in front of City Hall would provide a similar service. Mayor Thompsonconcurred and spoke to the five (5) year plans of the various City departments. He spoke to variousunexpected equipment expenses and complimented the Public Works Department.
