Mayor Thompsonstated that a sign was being worked on, with help from the Chamber <strong>of</strong> Commerce. Mr. Cleworthinquired whether signs were being displayed over the Cushman Street bridge and Mayor Thompsoncalled on <strong>City</strong> Clerk Carol Colp. Ms. Colp clarified the process and procedures for non-pr<strong>of</strong>itorganizations to hang banners at two separate locations on Cushman Street. Mr. Cleworth inquiredwhether a sign board in front <strong>of</strong> <strong>City</strong> Hall would provide a similar service. Mayor Thompsonconcurred and spoke to the five (5) year plans <strong>of</strong> the various <strong>City</strong> departments. He spoke to variousunexpected equipment expenses and complimented the Public Works Department.
