Marketing Manager (Domestic)Full Time, Ongoing PositionADELAIDE CBD<strong>Navitas</strong> is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational servicesfor students and professionals including university programs, language training, workforce educationand student recruitment.Under the general direction of the Marketing Director (Region Two), the Marketing Manager (Domestic) is primarilyresponsible for the planning and deployment of marketing activities & recruitment of domestic students for <strong>Navitas</strong>SA (Eynesbury and SAIBT), but also for specific countries/region and general domestic and international enquirymanagement.Key Result Areas Sales, marketing and recruitment Management of e-marketing and relationships Events Customer enquiry management Agent networkSelection CriteriaEssential A university degree in business, marketing, international relations or other appropriate discipline and/orequivalent experience working in an international or domestic marketing environment, preferably highereducation Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the tertiary student market, including a capacity to market the<strong>Navitas</strong> SA programs to prospective students and their families Demonstrated ability to work in a busy team environment, meet deadlines and take an innovative approach toproblems High level communication and interpersonal skills, appropriate to dealing with a varied group of customers,including those from other cultures Demonstrated ability to identify and build constructive business relationships at a number of levels Demonstrated high level computing and administrative skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteand e-marketing experience, including the use of social media for campaignsDesirable Understanding of the higher education environment, particularly as it relates to private pathway and ELICOSprovidersSuccessful applicants will be subject to relevant pre-employment checks, which may include a National PoliceCheck and/or a Working with Children Check.What we offerAn attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. Sales, marketing and recruitmentDomestic marketing campaigns and activities are well planned and executed.Indicative outcomes include: <strong>Navitas</strong> SA products and services are marketed effectively within approved <strong>Navitas</strong> policy andprocedures <strong>Navitas</strong> SA strategic plans are implemented through sales, promotion and advertising Product and business development is supported by analysis of market trends, sales reportsand forecasts Budgets and activities are prepared and reviewed in accordance with the <strong>Navitas</strong> SA rollingplan schedule Domestic student recruitment plans are developed, based on monitoring of strategicmarketing and sales activities and in collaboration with other staff and the Marketing Director Targeted marketing campaigns are developed, implemented and reviewed One-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and their parents are conductedprofessionally and ethically The marketing mix is effectively used in the domestic recruitment campaigns Follow-up and conversion campaigns are undertaken regularly2. Management of e-marketing and relationshipsRelationships with all stakeholders in domestic marketing are managed and enhanced.Indicative outcomes include: Successful relationships are developed and maintained with key recruitment stakeholdersincluding, but not restricted to; School Counsellors, UniSA and University of Adelaide domesticrecruitment staff, Eynesbury and SAIBT staff Intrastate travel is undertaken to attend school information sessions and Careers events E-marketing and e-recruitment for <strong>Navitas</strong> SA are developed further
