The essentials for a chapter library are specified inparagraph 2 of clause 6 of title VI of the code. Province presidents shouldtake up this matter with the chapters in their jurisdictions."Cooperation with College Authorities" was the topic assigned by theGeneral Council for discussion on Founders' Day.
