It is issued in the months of October, December, February, April andJune.To alumni members of <strong>Phi</strong> <strong>Delta</strong> <strong>Theta</strong>, the price of THE SCROLL and THE PALLA­DIUM is one dollar per annum for both magazines; to others than members of the Fraternity,the price is one dollar a year for THE SCROLL only.
