SR8-Plus Operation Manual73-100-810-I5.28 Serial Number LogThe Serial Number Log is used to keep track of the serial numbers of the Vessels, Paddles,Basket Shafts and Baskets, as well as a System Serial Number Log. The function can beused to input the serial number data or simply to view and/or print a reference of the positionof the accessories. To perform this function:1. With the Main screen displayed, press [PREFERENCES] to display the SystemOptions screen.2. Press [3] to select "Validation".3. Press [2], the “Serial Number Log” screen is displayed.Figure 5-12: Serial Number Log Screen4. Use the [←] [→] and [↓][↑] keys to navigate through the Vessels, Paddles, BasketShafts, Baskets and System Serial Number input pages. Pressing the correspondingnumeric keys gets you into the edit mode; this allows you to input data into the currentfield. Digital Temperature Probe serial numbers are automatically placed into theircorresponding fields and are not editable.5. Press [PRINT OPTION] to print the serial numbers and shaft positions currentlyon the screen.6. Press [ENTER] to accept the changes and exit the edit mode. Press [ESC] to undocurrent entry and exit edit mode. Press [ESC] again to return to the Validation Menu.Section 5 Operation and Programming – 45 –
