3.0 MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES3.2.5 Street FrontagesGeneral<strong>Enmore</strong> <strong>Park</strong> is <strong>of</strong> high visual prominence to all <strong>of</strong> its frontages, those being:• Llewellyn Street• Black Street• Victoria Road• <strong>Enmore</strong> RoadThe <strong>Enmore</strong> Road frontage has further significance from a streetscape andpublic domain perspective located on this important and busy arterial road link forcar traffic and public transport.Detailed Policies• Undertake progressive replacement <strong>of</strong> tree plantings with initial focusalong park boundaries (refer Vegetation <strong>Management</strong>)• Implement coordinated design theme to improve entrances to corners <strong>of</strong>Llewellyn and Black Street, and Black Street and Victoria Road• Improvement works as required and in accordance with heritage policiesand Conservation <strong>Management</strong> Strategy to park entry points along<strong>Enmore</strong> Road• Reinforce access to pool complex on Black Street frontage (includingvehicular maintenance access)25 Marrickville CouncilOctober 2012
