URBAN FORESTRY AUSTRALIA - TREE MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING ARBORICULTURISTS1 INTRODUCTION1.1 This Arboricultural report was commissioned by Mr. William Blunt, ExecutiveManager Major Projects for, and on behalf of, Marrickville Council.1.2 The subject site is identified as Lot 7 in DP 93582, at Enmore Road, Marrickvilleand known as Enmore Park. The report provides anassessment of the health, condition and landscape significance of each tree, andaccords each tree a retention value. The report also provides recommendationsfor tree removals, retention or further inspections based on their Safe Useful LifeExpectancy (SULE), and guidelines for optimal Tree Protection Zone (TPZ)’s.1.4 This arboricultural assessment is not intended to be a comprehensive risk orhazard assessment; however the report may make recommendations, whereappropriate, for further assessment or testing of trees where potential structuralproblems have been identified, or where below ground investigation may berequired.Arboricultural Audit & Development Impact Assessment– Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre, Enmore ParkFebruary, 2009. 3 of 42
