The report provides anassessment of the health, condition and landscape significance of each tree,and accords each tree a retention value. The report also providesrecommendations for tree removals, retention, pruning or further inspectionsbased on their Safe Useful Life Expectancy (SULE), and guidelines for optimaland minimal Tree Protection Zone (TPZ)’s.1.4 This arboricultural assessment is not intended to be a comprehensive risk orhazard assessment; however the report may make recommendations, whereappropriate, for further assessment or testing of trees where potential structuralproblems have been identified, or where below ground investigation may berequired.Arboricultural Audit and Assessment– Enmore Park, Marrickville.
