In general, thewaiting period for admission to a home was less than a year in the majority of cases(89%) while in 2% of cases, it was between three to five years and more than five yearsrespectively.iii. Visitation – In all homes there were procedures for friends and families to access thefacilities, and in general these procedures were followed.
