Thenew UNITED Health & RecPlex will enable community sports <strong>in</strong>itiativeslike the Jr. Wesmen program to grow and provide more opportunitiesfor downtown youth.“A new RecPlex is a very good idea becausea lot <strong>of</strong> newcomers cannot afford to go to gyms,so if they love sports, they will [now] have aplace to play.” – Lenda Tesfaye Ayalew came toW<strong>in</strong>nipeg from Ethiopia <strong>in</strong> 2006.
