13.1 Recommendations to Communicate the Findings From the<br />

Investigation<br />

In an effort to widely distribute lessons learned from investigations, CSB recommends that organizations<br />

communicate relevant findings <strong>and</strong> recommendations to their memberships. CSB intends for those<br />

organizations to use multiple avenues to communicate, such as having presentations at conferences,<br />

placing summaries of a report <strong>and</strong> links to full CSB reports on their websites, developing <strong>and</strong> holding<br />

training sessions that highlight the report findings, <strong>and</strong> summarizing relevant findings in newsletters or<br />
