Chapter 11: Development Control Standards11.24.1 Non-conforming UseExisting minority non-conforming uses within any land use zone, shall besupported except where such use is incompatible with the major use in the area.In such an event the minority use will be encouraged to relocate to a moreappropriate area.At the discretion of the Planning Authority, consideration may be given toallowing minor building extension and alterations to non-conforming usesprovided that the continued use does not prejudice the proper planning anddevelopment of the area.100
