Nature of remedy For the initial 5- or 10-year term, the owner's remedies andVersico's liability shall be limited to Versico's repair of theleak in the roofing system. For balance of 20 years, Versicowill provide a credit to be applied toward the purchase ofnew membrane material, based on the number of remainingmonths of warranty and prorated at current prices.7.
