Monetary limitations The maximum value allowed by ERSystems for the repairor credit shall not exceed the original product purchaseprice.Material only; ERSystems warrants that the roofing membrane is freefrom manufacturing defects at the time the material is delivered and thatthe product will not prematurely deteriorate to the point of failure due toweathering if properly installed, maintained, and used for the purpose forwhich the membrane is intended. The system isdefined as the elastomeric membrane, adhesives,sealants, flashing membrane, fasteners and insulationsupplied by ERSystems.
