Scope of coverage Material only; Bitec warrants that the Mineral Designmembrane will be free from manufacturing defects whichresult in leaks. Warranty covers the Bitec Mineral Designmembrane only when installed on slope of 3:12 or greater.Material and workmanship; BondCote Roofing Systems willrepair leaks caused by defects in the roofing systemmanufactured or supplied by it and installed by an authorizedBondCote dealer/installer.Material and workmanship; Burke warrants that Burke willcause to be repaired leaks in Burkeline Roofing Systemcaused by defects in roofing system's material or workmanshipof the Burke authorized roofing applicator.5. Length of coverage 25 years 10 years; 15 years, only for new construction or tear-offapplications using certain insulations5 or 10 years (See Conditions for Renewal or Extension.)6. Nature of remedy Bitec will make repairs or cause repairs to be made or willreplace the Mineral Design membrane (exclusive of all otherroofing components) as required to prevent leaks resultingdirectly from and solely from manufacturing defects. Extent ofrepair or replacement is at sole discretion of Bitec.7. Monetary limitations Bitec's maximum liability is limited to the original cost of theMineral Design membrane when purchased, and thereasonable repair or replacement cost of the membrane. Afterthe first year, Bitec's maximum liability is the original cost ofthe Mineral Design membrane reduced by 4% per year.8. Notification requirements Owner must notify Bitec by certified mail at P.O. Box 497,Morrilton, AR, 72110 within 30 days of the alleged discovery ofleaks allegedly to have been caused by manufacturingdefects. (See Special Features/Conditions)9.
