Open Tryout Clinic for all interested Cheerleaders
uSCA will be holding a month long open tryout clinic and practices for any
cheerleader interested in becoming a part of the Hurricane All Stars for the
2011/2012 season. Cheerleaders must be 11 years old and younger as of
August 31, 2012. (May not turn 12 before August 31).
Days: Tuesday and Thursday Time: 4:30 – 5:30pm
Ages: 11 years old and younger

KIDOKINETICS
The “Fun Way to Fitness” – your child will learn a new sport each week. They
will be introduced to the basics of each sport in a fun and non-competitive
atmosphere. Activities include soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball, volleyball,
frisbee, golf, hula hoops, obstacle courses, T-ball and more.
All classes are led by experienced coaches who will provide a fun and safe
environment for learning. Kidokinetics focuses on individual achievement

TAE KWON DO Ages 6 –15
Tae Kwon Do is an eclectic martial arts program that includes art, sport
and self-defense. We offer a complete curriculum for beginning and advanced
students. Components of this program also include Aikido and
extensive mat work. Minimum - 10 per class. Class will meet on Mondays
and Fridays. Registration begins 2 weeks prior to start of class.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS
This class is especially designed for females. Extremely popular in Europe,
and is a fascinating combination f ballet, acrobatics and theatrical prop handling.
Its oriented toward developing grace, smoothness and connection
with musical accompaniment. Rhythmic Gymnastics involves two kinds of
techniques; body movement and apparatus handling. In this class children
will learn the basic techniques with rope, hoop and ribbon, while improving
their balance, flexibility, strength, agility and hand-eye coordination. This
class is structured to enhance overall self=confidence. Space is limited.

The TA Basketball Fundamentals and Elite Training program is designed to
