REGISTRATION<br />
Registration for RETURNING TEAMS will be held the week <strong>of</strong> March 26, 6-9pm at Patch Reef Park S<strong>of</strong>tball Press Box. Registration<br />
for NEW TEAMS will be held Tuesday, April 3, 7-8pm at the James A Rutherford Community Center located at 2000 Yamato Rd,<br />
<strong>Boca</strong> <strong>Raton</strong>.<br />
IMPORTANT! Registration packets will be available beginning Monday, February 13, at the Athletics Offices in <strong>Boca</strong> <strong>Raton</strong><br />
Community Center and James A. Rutherford Community Center at Patch Reef Park; Monday through Friday, 9:00am-9:00 pm;<br />

TO REGISTER FOR THE SKATE PARK:<br />
• Participant must be a least 5 years <strong>of</strong> age at the time<br />
<strong>of</strong> registration.<br />
• Individuals under 18 years <strong>of</strong> age must be registered<br />
by his/her parent or legal guardian.<br />
• All individuals must provide pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> date <strong>of</strong> birth.<br />
• If claiming resident status, pro<strong>of</strong> must be shown.<br />
• Waiver <strong>of</strong> liability must be signed.<br />
• Must have helmet with chinstrap. Elbow, knee pads and<br />
wrist guards are highly recommended.<br />
