7. Seal end of case with wax.<br />

How to Use<br />

This round is loaded and fired in the same manner as standard shotshell. The shot spread will be about<br />

2/3 that of a standard round.<br />

3.4 Carbine (7.62 mm Standard Rifle Ammunition)<br />

A rifle can be made from water <strong>or</strong> gas pipe and fittings. Standard cartridges are used f<strong>or</strong> ammunition.<br />

Materials Required<br />

Wood approximately 2 inches x 4 inches x 30 inches<br />

1/4 inch nominal size iron water <strong>or</strong> gas pipe 20 inches long threaded at one end<br />

3/8 inch to 1/4 inch reducer<br />

3/8 inch x 1-1/2 inch threaded pipe<br />

3/8 inch pipe coupling<br />

Metal strap approximately 1/2 inch x 1/16 inch x 4 inches<br />

Twine, heavy (100 yards approximately)<br />

3 wood screws and screwdriver<br />

Flat head nail about 1 inch long<br />

Hand drill<br />

Saw <strong>or</strong> knife<br />
