A review <strong>of</strong> the DRYCLEANERSlist, as provided by EDR, and dated 12-28-99 has revealed that there are15 DRYCLEANERS sites within the Durango ADMP area.LF: Directory <strong>of</strong> Solid Waste Facilities. Solid Waste Facilities/Landfill Sites.SWF/LF type records typically contain an inventory <strong>of</strong> solid wastedisposal facilities or landfills in a particular state. Depending on thestate, these may be active or facilities or open dumps that failed to meetRCRA Subtitle D Section 4004 criteria for solid waste landfills ordisposal sites. A review <strong>of</strong> the LF list, as provided by EDR, and dated12-28-99 has revealed that there are 2 LF sites within the DurangoADMP area. These are the Riverside Elementary <strong>District</strong> landfill locatedat 1414 S. 51 st Avenue and the Glenn Weinberger Rainbow Valleylandfill located 3 blocks south <strong>of</strong> Lower Buckeye Road on 39 th Avenue.AZ_SPILL: Hazardous Material Logbook. RCRIScontains information on hazardous waste handlers regulated by theEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the ResourceConservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). It tracks events and activitiesrelated to facilities which generate, transport, and treat, store or dispose<strong>of</strong> hazardous waste. All hazardous waste handlers are required to notifyEPA <strong>of</strong> their existence by submitting the Federal Notification <strong>of</strong>Regulated Activity Form (EPA Form 8700-12) or a State equivalentform. Treatment, storage, and disposal facilities are further required tosubmit Part A (EPA Form 8700-23) and Part B <strong>of</strong> their HazardousWaste Permit Application. A review <strong>of</strong> the RCRIS-LQG list, asprovided by EDR, and dated 12-28-99 has revealed that there are 28RCRIS-LQG sites within the Durango ADMP area.TRIS: Toxic Chemical Release Inventory System. Source: U.S.Environmental Protection Agency/NTIS. TRIS identifies facilities whichrelease toxic chemicals to the air, water, and land in reportable quantitiesunder SARA title III section 303. A review <strong>of</strong> the TRIS list, as providedby EDR, and dated 12-28-99 has revealed that there are 23 TRIS siteswithin the Durango ADMP area.UST: Underground Storage Tank Listing. A review <strong>of</strong> the TSCA list, as provided byEDR, and dated 12-28-99 has revealed that there are 4 TSCA siteswithin the Durango ADMP area.DRY WELL: Arizona Dry Wells List. Source: Arizona Department <strong>of</strong>Environmental Quality. Constructed solely for the disposal <strong>of</strong> stormwater, more than 3,400 dry wells have been registered with the stateunder A.R.S 49-331 through 336.
