TrunkLiftgatec-- ~-A CAUTION:Trunk LockTo unlock the trunk fromthe outside, insert the doorkey and turn it clockwise.It can be dangerous to drive with the liftgate,liftglass or trunk lid open because carbonmonoxide (CO) gas can come into your vehicle.You can’t see or smell CO. It can causeunconsciousness and even death.If you must drive with the liftgate, liftglass ortrunk lid open or if electrical wiring or other cableconnections must pass through the seal betweenthe body and the liftgate, liftglass or trunk lid:Make sure all windows are shut.Turn the fan on your heating or coolingsystem to its highest speed with the settingon NORM or VENT. That will force outsideair into your vehicle.
