HEARTS OF IRON DARKEST HOUREdit SettingsFor a country in the Target list, this area allows youto set the priority of the country and the specificpriorities of all the espionage missions for thatcountry. For your country, this area allows you to setthe generic parameters of the Automated EspionageSystem:● use money above this threshold (0-1000):instructs the system to perform a mission andadvance the spynetwork level (actionsthat consumemoney). This slidersets money availablefor spying missions. Ifit is set to $500 andyou have $507 thenonly $7 are availablefor missions. This is avery importantsetting, you should set it high enough to avoidsurprises if you are in need of money;● spy activity (0-100): this defines how often newmissions are considered, not attempted. Attemptinga mission depends on other factors (suitable target,enough money etc.) (100 means every day, 50every two days and 0 never);● maximum spy level (0-20): the AutomatedSystem will automatically try to reach this level overtime, if you have enough money;● minimum spy level (0-20): the AutomatedSystem will not perform any mission until thisnetwork level is reached;● minimal mission chances threshold (0-100):you can instruct the Automated System to notperform a mission, if its likelihood of success isbelow the specific probability threshold set here foreach mission; this will allow you to save your moneywhen your network is low and your likelihoodchances are not high enough for some missions,especially in far away countries or nations with ahigh network level;the priority of the countries onthe Target list and, for eachcountry, based on the prioritiesset for each mission. To applythe changes you have to clickon the button Apply Changes.Apply Defaults to AllThis this apply the defaultcountry settings chosen aboveto all the countries alreadypresent on the Target list.Remove All CountriesThis empties the Target list,removing all countries presentthere.Show InfoShow Info will show thestandard diplomaticinformation on the selectedcountry.91
