Thechange in livestock is broken down into gross fixed capital formation andchange in inventories. Gross fixed capital formation is equal to the variationover the year of breeding males over one year old, dairy cows, and nursecows. Livestock calculations belong to January 1 – December 31 period ofeach year. It refers to the data taken from MAF, from which, balances forfarming production are created, also the balance of the number of livestock(we call it Changes of Livestock). Based on the number of livestock forcategories (Cattle, Sheep, Goat all up to 1 year old, perissodactyles and pigsup to 2 months of age) and the prices for these categories, the GFCF iscalculated at current and constant prices for each category.- Orchards & Vineyards: data available for expenditures are:95/236
