Thisanalysis is produced after the total has been calculated, but is not published yet.5.10 Gross fixed capital formation5.10.1 DefinitionGross fixed capital formation is measured by the total value of a producer’sacquisitions, less disposals, of fixed assets during the accounting period plus certainadditions to the value of non- produced assets (such as subsoil assets or majorimprovements in the quantity, quality or productivity of land) realized by theproductive activity of institutional units.5.10.2 Gross fixed capital formationData on Gross Fixed Capital Formation are obtained from different sources,according to the following breakdown: Livestock Ministry of Agriculture Orchards and vineyards Ministry of Agriculture Forestry Ministry of Agriculture (data processed onlypartially) Construction SBBS, Tax Authorities, Financial Accounts Mineral exploitations Financial Accounts Machinery and Equipment Customs data for the imports and exports ofgoods , Financial Accounts, SBS)GFCF in Albanian National Accounts is valued at purchaser’s price.
