If your terminal or the Terminal Manager Server encounters anerror condition so you do not get the data from the terminal, you might need to use the Data Recoveryfunction.To Recover Data1. From the Terminal Manager tree, select the terminal to recover2. From the File menu, choose Properties (F8)3. Click the Recovery tab from the Terminal Properties window4. In the Recovery Tab, select the starting month for the data you want to recover. Make sure tochoose a start date that does not recover data you have already polled or archived5.
