<strong>FALCHEM</strong> <strong>DISCLEANER</strong>DESCRIPTION:<strong>FALCHEM</strong> <strong>DISCLEANER</strong> is a superior blend of surfactants and emulsifying agents in a speciallyinhibited organic acid based solvent. It removes the heavy tenacious deposits, which collect in fuel and lubeoil centrifugal separators.<strong>FALCHEM</strong> <strong>DISCLEANER</strong> CCR-501 has been formulated to meet the latest MARPOL 73/78regulations (published in the year 1997) for cleaning additives and has less than 10% aromatics. Also, inline with European OSPARCOM regulations <strong>FALCHEM</strong> AIR COOLER CLEANER (ACC) does notcontain any Alkyl Phenol Ethoxylates.<strong>FALCHEM</strong> <strong>DISCLEANER</strong> CCR-501 is ideally suited for cleaning Bituminous and aspalteneousdeposits from the fuel oil handling systems, disc separators.It is used for cleaning of disassembled unit parts.CHARACTERISTICS, ADVANTAGES & APPLICATIONS:Specially formulated concentrated blend of surfactants and solvent.Contains no CFC.Active emulsifier.Shorter cleaning time and cost effective.Cleans the metal surfaces efficiently.Leaves no film or residue on metal surface.The product is non-toxic and evaluation of LC 50* value meets the IMO regulations.TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIESAppearance: Pale yellow liquidSpecific gravity : 1.21pH (1% solution) : 1.9APPLICATIONA solution in containing two parts of discleaner and 1 parts diesel shall be used depending upon theseverity of deposits. The cleaning of parts can be done in any suitable container (except Galvanized).<strong>FALCHEM</strong> <strong>DISCLEANER</strong> CCR-501 can be used at ambient temperature. After a cleaning time of 1 to 3hours the parts shall be washed with fresh water.
