The contract is to be made between UNIFE and each industry member. The purpose is to specify the rights and obligations of both parties with regard to the industries’ participation in network and issues of confidentiality. The total of the reimbursements paid to each industry member shall not exceed 5 000 EUR (throughout the duration of the project) on the basis of a yearly limit of 2 500 EUR. It is envisaged that partners will elect to receive partial funding for limited personnel and travel expenses though this is still to be confirmed.

WORKPLAN FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE NETWORKS 4.1. THE NETWORK OF OPERATORS The Network of Operators meets in principle twice a year till the end of the project life and is expected to give opinions on selected URBANTRACK results and deliverables. UITP provides logistical and management support to the Network of Operators meetings including the dissemination of documents, and planning and preparation of the meetings. Each operator is responsible for their Expert’s travel and hotel arrangements. Apart from the meetings, the main tool used by the Network of Operators is the http://ftp://dropbox.<strong>urban</strong><strong>track</strong>.eu web space, which has been activated end of 2007 and to which all Network of Operators and consortium members have access in order to facilitate joint work on documents in the periods between meetings. Currently the deliverables are divided as confidential (use inside the Consortium only) or for public use. However, if the partners declare a deliverable is confidential, they must produce a non-confidential version for distribution to the network of Operators and Industries. It has been agreed within the URBANTRACK consortium that a selection of the most relevant documents and deliverables will be presented to the Network of Operators. As a general rule information should be provided one month ahead of every meeting the documents to be discussed and presented to the Network of operators members for comments will be available using the above mentioned web space. A selection of the following deliverables will presented to the Network of Operators when available. The list shown below (subject to further review upon progress) presents documents that are going to be made available for the Network of Operators. In addition, members of the Network of Operators might be further asked to provide inputs to the URBANTRACK work packages/deliverables through questionnaires or through direct contacts. First questionnaires were sent in April 2007 with a very high rate of replies.
