URBAN TRACK Issued: 12/08/2008
Quality checked and approved by project co-ordinator André Van Leuven
The first meeting of the network of operators was held in Brussels on 31 may 2007. 7 members
The meeting was an excellent opportunity to present to the network of operators members
whose knowledge of the project as such, and urban rail research issues in general, varied. It was
also an opportunity for the Network of Operators to present their expectations linked to the
project and to learn about the way the collaborative work will go forward. No deliverables
were discussed at that meeting, but it was extremely useful as a place where members of the
consortium and members of the network could meet, and as a forum allowing shaping the way
URBANTRACK can help small and medium-sized networks.
