FOULPLAY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.Trash talking is illegal. Officials have the right to determine offensive language. (Trash talk is talk thatmay be offensive to officials, opposing players, teams or spectators.) If trash talking occurs, the refereewill give one warning. Page 6 of 6Season PenaltiesA violation of any rule or rules contained herein may subject a team or individuals to any one or all ofthe following penalties:1. Forfeiture of game or games.2. Disqualification from competing for, or taking part in, championships.3. Disqualification from participating in outside games arranged by <strong>i9</strong> Sports during the season, eg.Staples Center Game Party.4. Suspension or disbarment from participating in any future <strong>i9</strong> Sports sanctioned activities.5. A game may be forfeited for the following reasons:a. Coaches exhibiting un-sportsmanlike conduct toward any game official, player, directoror opposing Coach, player or parent, or any supporter of the opposing team.b. Parents and/or followers of a team using un-sportsmanlike conduct toward any official,player, Coach, director, or opposing Coach, player or parent, or any supporter of theopposing team.NOTE: Before a game is forfeited, one warning only will be given by the acting LeagueDirector or Game Official prior to the forfeiture. This will entitle the Coach one lastopportunity to comply with what is being asked by the Official and/or acting Director.Attire• All coaches MUST wear the <strong>i9</strong> sanctioned red coaches t-shirt and name badge (lanyard) ateach game, otherwise that coach will not be able to act as a coach while the game is in progress.Name badges are to be picked up at the <strong>i9</strong> tent prior to each game and returned at thecompletion of each game. (new!)• Cleats are allowed, except for metal spikes. Inspections may be made.• All players must wear a colored protective mouthpiece at each game. No exceptions. Inspectionsmay be made prior to each game. Missing mouthpieces may be purchased from the sitecoordinator, if available.• No pockets , stripes or belt loops on shorts.• No hats with brims or bills.• No jewelry.• Official <strong>i9</strong> Sports <strong>Flag</strong> jerseys or custom jerseys must be worn during play. Each team must haveALL the same type of jersey i.e. ALL standard reversible flag style, or ALL custom style. Noexceptions.
