No person is allowed to stack malba Building Material , sale of material on Municipal Corporationland under disposal of construction material, Malbas and Debris byelaws, 20052. The permission for stacking of Building Material by filling an Application Form can be had fromBooking Office on any working day from 9 .30 A.M. to 1.00 P.M.3. The applicant has to fill up a form available at Booking Office from 9.30 to 4.30 P.M. on any workingday.Normal rates For 6 months per monthArea less than 1000 Sq.ft 1000/-. 250/-.Area More than 1000 Sq.ft 2000 /- 500/-4 . For plots minimum period of permission is six months.5. The applicant has to append a sketch plan indicating the space in front of his premises duly verifiedby the Area Road J.E.’s6. The Permission is granted instantly thereafter at the Booking Office.7. The permission is granted only for storing Building Material between boundary wall of thehouse upto the road edge. No material should spillover to the roads. If any is found Storingmaterial on the roads the matter may be brought to the knowledge of M.C immediately .2. In case of the shop and Commercial establishments the permission is granted by M.C. on rearside of the S.C.O’s at road berms and in case the space is less, the Building Material shouldbe stored optimally and malba retrieved shall be removed instantly.3.
