Effective with shipments July 1, 2012, the Raw Materials Surcharge (RMS) for SBQ bar/rod/semifinished
products will be $10.50/CWT – a decrease of $3.25/CWT when compared to last month.

The attached price list is calculated by taking the monthly average less the base multiplied by the
mean divided by the yield factor.
This surcharge will be tied to the monthly AMM Free Market Price for Ferro Alloys established 2
month’s prior. Adjustments will be made monthly.
We will continue to monitor the marketplace and will respond accordingly by making adjustments
to our base pricing to reflect market conditions on non-contract business.
