Higher values of mobile phase polarity provide a change of chromatographic signal positions, thus theinversion of signals positions in chromatograms.ExperimentalEtalons, solvents, equimolar mixture, mobile phase and liquid chromatographic separationsThe 2.4DNPH-ones etalons, provided by acetaldehyde (2.4DNPHAA) and diacetyl (2.4DNPHD), wassynthesized (by simply mixing at room temperature, with a better yield, being perfectly reproducible) and purified (byrecristalisation) in our laboratory, through: filtration, washing with water, drying and filtration.In a ce to ni tri le (Merck) was obtained solution 10 -4 M, for each 2.4DNPH-one etalon. In figure 2 are presentedthe stuctures of two 2.4DNPH-ones etalons. The equi mo lar mixture was obtained by mixing the two etalon solutions inratio 1:1 (v:v); each 2.4DNPH-one has 5·10 -5 M concentration.The bidistilate water (2 S·cm -1 ) is prepared in our laboratory, from distillated water, after a treatment withsulphuric acid and kalium permanganate.
