The translation of documents submitted within the frame of proposal and which are prepared in foreign language and theprocess of attestation of such documents:7.3.5.1.Yerli istekliler tarafından sunulan ve yabancı dilde düzenlenen belgelerin tercümeleri ve bu tercümelerin tasdikişlemi, aşağıdaki şekilde yapılır:7.3.5.1. Translations of documents submitted by local applicants which are prepared in foreign language and the attestation processfor such documents are conducted as follows:7.3.5.1.1. Yerli istekliler ile Türk vatandaşı gerçek kişi ve/veya Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına göre kurulmuş tüzelkişi ortağı bulunan iş ortaklıkları veya konsorsiyumlar tarafından sunulan ve yabancı dilde düzenlenen belgelerintercümelerinin, Türkiye’deki yeminli tercümanlar tarafından yapılması ve noter tarafından onaylanması zorunludur. Butercümeler, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı tasdik işleminden muaftır.7.3.5.1.1. It is requisite that translations of documents, prepared in foreign language, which are submitted by local applicants andbusiness partnerships and consortiums having as partners Turkish citizen real persons and/or legal persons founded under the lawsof the Republic of Turkey, are made in sworn translators in Turkey and attested by a notary. Such translations are exempt from theattestation process by the Republic of Turkey Foreign Affairs Ministry.7.3.5.2.Yabancı istekliler tarafından sunulan ve yabancı dilde düzenlenen belgelerin tercümeleri ve bu tercümelerintasdik işlemi, aşağıdaki şekilde yapılır:7.3.5.2. The translations of documents prepared in discharge language submitted by foreign applicants and the attestation processfor such translations are conducted as follows:7.3.5.2.1. Tercümelerin tasdik işleminden tercümeyi gerçekleştiren yeminli tercümanın imzası ve varsa belge üzerindekimührün ya da damganın aslı ile aynı olduğunun teyidi işlemi anlaşılır.7.3.5.2.1. The attestation process of the translations means the process of confirmation that the signature of the sworn translator whomade the translation and the seal or stamp, if any, on the document are the same as original.7.3.5.2.2. Belgelerin tercümelerinin, düzenlendiği ülkedeki yeminli tercüman tarafından yapılmış olması vetercümesinde “apostil tasdik şerhi” taşıması halinde bu tercümelerde başkaca bir tasdik şerhi aranmaz. Bu tercümelerin“apostil tasdik şerhi” taşımaması durumunda ise tercümelerdeki imza ve varsa üzerindeki mühür veya damga, buülkedeki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Konsolosluğu tarafından veya sırasıyla belgenin düzenlendiği ülkenin Türkiye’dekitemsilciliği ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı tarafından tasdik edilmelidir.7.3.5.2.2. In the event the translations of the documents have been made by a sworn translator in the country in which they areprepared and they bear the “apostille annotation of ratification” no other annotation of ratification is sought on such documents. Inthe event such documents do not bear and “apostille annotation of ratification", on the other hand, the signature on the translationsand the seal and stamp, if any, should be attested by the Consulate of the Republic of Turkey in that country or, in the given order, bythe representation, in Turkey, of the country in which the document was prepared and the Republic of Turkey Foreign AffairsMinistry.7.3.5.2.3. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ile diğer devlet veya devletlerarasında belgelerdeki imza, mühür veya damganın tasdikişlemini düzenleyen hükümler içeren bir anlaşma veya sözleşme bulunduğu takdirde belgelerin tercümelerinin tasdikişlemi de bu anlaşma veya sözleşme hükümlerine göre yaptırılabilir.8
