14.4. Zeyilname düzenlenmesi halinde, teklifini bu düzenlemeden önce vermiş olan isteklilere tekliflerini geri çekerek,yeniden teklif verme imkanı tanınacaktır.14.4. The tender may be cancelled prior to its hour in cases where considered necessary by the Contracting Entity or where it isestablished that the documents included in the tender documents contain items preventing the performance of the tender which areimpossible to correct.15.2. Tenderers will be individually notified of the cancellation of the tender, with the reasons for the cancellation stated.
