Furthermore, Contractors providing consultancy services for tendered work cannot participate in a tender for the same work.This restriction is also valid for companies in which these contractors have shares and managerial relationships, and theirsubsidiaries where such companies own more than half of the capital.9.3. Tenderers who take part in the tender in spite of these restrictions will be excluded from the tender and their preliminaryguarantee will be seized as income.
